2359 Bedford is an integral part of the new Bedford Square development in Flatbush, complementing the neighboring 2307 Beverly RD project with a cohesive material palette. The neutral tone use in this building is dominated by shades of beige, gray and touches of soft greens, providing an accent and creating a calming atmosphere throughout. One of the lobbies features a custom wood feature wall, providing as a striking visual focal point and adding a unique touch.
Amenity spaces, including expansive open-space social lounges, are designed with versatility in mind. They feature different seating arrangements, flexible enclosed space, and communal tables that cater to both social gatherings and quiet retreat, Modern light fixtures, simple and intricate designs, added a playful yet sophisticated touch, casting a warm glow that accentuates the thoughtful interior details and finishes. The overall design exudes a sense of effortless style and comfort, making it an ideal sanctuary for residents.

Location : 44-51 Purves Street, Queens, NY
Interior Design of a 25-story new construction residential building consisting of approximately 284 apartment units. The conceptual design consists of a unique blend of brick, curtain glass walls, and corrugated perforated metal panels. Floor to ceiling windows will flood the apartments with natural light and an oversize I-Beam canopy with backlit corten panels create a grand entrance to the building. The common areas were designed with a circular/spherical-inspired concept in mind starting in the Lobby with the stair opening, metal floor reveals, custom antique mirrors at the ceiling and custom in-ground seating area with fire pit. The lobby also features a laser-cut perforated corten reception desk and grand curved staircase with steel open risers and exposed suspension rods. Throughout the common areas, distressed brick veneer and reclaimed wood paneling create a very modern rustic vibe.

10 Montieth Street, Brooklyn, NY
Interior design of a new construction residential building including 8 stories, 500 rental units, and 350,000 sq. ft. Designed to speak to the colorful, artistic nature of the neighborhood, this project has an industrial meets pop art feel. The street level lobby opens to a large open space featuring circular, over-sized seating built within planter boxes, which mirror the expansive green wall leading to upper levels. Behind the reception area is a double height water feature that cascades into the lower level lobby lounge which overlooks the building’s courtyard. Lobby lounge takes advantage of double ceiling heights with stacked shipping containers re-purposed as private workstations. Down the main corridors is access to the amenity spaces providing residents with an array of options from a 2-story gym with rock climbing wall to a pet spa. Other amenities include photo studio, art studios, music rehearsal rooms, coffee lounge, movie screening room, game room with play options for every age group, as well as study areas. Apartment interiors have a sleek modern design punctuated by funky accents, such as graffiti printed tiles at the bathroom, raw steel framed glass shower doors, and concrete counter-tops at the kitchens.

Interior design of a new construction residential building including 18 stories and 195 rental units. This design was built around a minimal, modern industrial concept starting at the two story lobby, which contains a rain curtain feature as well as a 26 foot long green wall that reaches to the ceiling with custom “floating” raw steel light features. Through the glass lobby walls is the piano lounge and game room at the first floor, and the business lounge library with double sided fireplace at the second floor. Other amenities include courtyard spaces with outdoor gaming such as bocce ball, dining areas, and an extensive reflecting pool surrounded by sunbathing. Inside apartment units are unexpected accents such as brick at bathroom walls, raw wood at kitchen islands, and hexagonal mosaic tiles offset by clean lines and a modern approach.

A new construction, 34 story, 476-unit residential building at the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene. Clean and modern, the interiors reflect its central urban location. A double-height lobby with green wall features and built-in seating leads residents to a private coffee lounge. A trip to the 22nd floor is the show stopper, with views for miles to be enjoyed from a variety of amenity spaces and a rooftop terrace; playing billiards, using the communal kitchen, lounging indoors or out or working from the conference room. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and a unique floating glass library with ceiling height bookshelves ensuring there is a space for all to enjoy. The apartment units similarly offer floor to ceiling windows alongside wide plank flooring, quartz kitchens with walnut cabinetry, integrated stainless-steel appliances and porcelain tile bathrooms.

Beautifully situated on the waterfront in Mott Haven, The Arches rise 25 stories and offer endless views of the Bronx and the Manhattan skyline. These luxury residential towers are one stop away from Manhattan and offer the rich culture of the South Bronx.
The studio’s intention was to turn the space into an elegant, modern interior. With the incorporation of wood and a natural palette in the walls, ceilings, and floors we aimed at greater spatial warmth.
For the welcoming experience, the elliptical mirror-finish ceiling feature is seen as the center part of the lobby. From the moment residents enter this breathtaking space, they will enjoy a range of amenities, including an exclusive lounge space, an on-site café, a screening room with surround sound, and more.
The library and the quiet lounge along with the business center are all designed with warm and natural elements as well. The quiet lounge features a fireplace, and the business center offers private meeting rooms in addition to workstations that overlook to a green wall.
The open café sits between the business center and kids’ room offering tenants the comfort of navigating between these spaces. Wood details distinguish the coffee station from the rest of the space which was designed in a more industrial aesthetic.
The kids’ room and the screening room display the same design approach with a twist of colors and in the application of materials. Featuring a jumbo screen with surround sound, the screening room is the perfect place to take in a movie with friends and family.
The residential hallways continue reflecting the modern design approach in the amenities while receiving an industrial look at the elevator lobby. To complement, the contrasting wood framing and black apartment doors are embellished with bespoke sconces and signage elements that create a warm ambiance in the corridors as well.
All of the 427 apartments feature interiors designed with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies for light, air, and views.
The modern-chic theme with the warmth of wood & white surfaces, define the design in the apartment interiors. The typical bathrooms also take advantage of the complementing nature between two materials: wood and oversized porcelain tiles altering in white and black—a clean and modern look for the interiors.

Interior design of new residential building, approximately 400,000 square feet within 12 stories, consisting of 363 rental units and amenities. Located near Barclay Center, our design balances a steel-meets-brownstone aesthetic, while preserving an authentic Brooklyn feel. Raw steel panels convey a modern, industrial vibe alongside warm wood accents. Residents enjoy an array of amenities on the 2nd floor — business center, kids room and outdoor play area, fully equipped gym, yoga/stretch area — all leading out to a courtyard for an open, expansive feeling. On the 9th floor will be a full range of recreation-oriented amenities in a pleasing landscaped setting with amazing views. Amenities include a dining/BBQ/fireplace lounge area, sunbathing chaises, pet spa, outdoor games such as bocce ball, table tennis, shuffleboard, and more.

Interior design of a 158-unit residential building located in Long Island City. 45-57 Davis’s interiors exhibit a modern style through its use of sleek profiled millworks combined with contrasting materials. From floor to ceiling, a fine line distinguishing these materials is prevalent throughout the building with the mid-tones being caught by selected furniture items. The inclusion of wood elements amongst the crisp-cool toned materials defines the lines between the two while warming up the chic and modern aesthetic. Public spaces are embraced by natural stones coupled with brass details outfitting the interiors with an elegant yet not overbearing presence. Rentable spaces are dressed with elegant open pantries, warm wood cabinetry and elegant stone tiles all highlighted by sleek chrome fixtures.
