Elegant and moody; the dark, muted tones with bronze accents create a very serene interior for this project. This theme is carried throughout the lobby, hallways, and into the apartment units with a similar palette of warm grey wood & tiles.
The main entrance area greets residents with lush greenery against a polished backdrop and metal mesh details. Sculptural furnishings and light fixtures surround a linear fireplace off of the main lobby area creating a comfortable lounge/waiting area.

Brooklyn, New York
Lobbies and amenities that are opulent, inviting and elegant, juxtaposed by funky and playful apartment hallways, characterize the two-tower residential buildings at 1034-1042 Atlantic. Curved elements clad in fluted wood panels are featured in the lobby and draw attention to a large open outdoor garden in the cellar made accessible via a custom-designed modern wood open staircase. This feature influences the interior spaces in the cellar to be open, fluid, and bathed in abundant natural light. The open lounge uses modular furnishings components, allowing flexibility in seating arrangements, while the amenities boast a modern, warm color palette. Main apartment hallways feature playful colors, offering residents a unique perspective on living. Despite the contrasting palettes, the cohesive blue accent throughout the space ties the design together seamlessly.

BRIDGEVIEW DUMBO | 69 ADAMS ST

A new construction tower in the heart of Dumbo.
The double height lobby features a mixture of rich materials: a Fusion marble desk, Bulgarian limestone, and Nero Venato marble alongside wood and bronze cladding the walls.
Amenities include a safari inspired kids’ room, business center, gym, screening and game room. In the apartments, the design is more neutral while maintaining an elegant and timeless appearance: porcelain tile and fluted wood at the bathrooms with reeded glass, wood and white cabinetry at the kitchens.

Spaces were created by merging timeless, modern minimalist design concepts with a focus on functionality.


Social Lounge
Large windows from the building’s architecture allows our design of the interior to be more open, and airy bringing the connection of outdoor and indoor.

Located on the edge of Dumbo and Vinegar Hill, the design of 218 Front brings modern sophistication to its’ 7 stories and 218 apartment units.
The design approach is warm-modern, with wood accents among clean grey tile, and pops of green, rust and peach. Geometric art murals can be found throughout the interiors as well as sculptural light fixtures and architectural elements.
With a host of amenities including coworking space, a rentable event room, lounge, kids’ room, gym, arts & crafts space, private screening room and café lounge, there are ample interconnected yet separate spaces for residents to enjoy.

This 127-unit rental development in Astoria has a bright and natural theme throughout. Hints of green and rust as well as the use of wall murals make the space warm and welcoming.
The screening room has been designed to feel like it is a private living room, extending the bounds of one’s apartment. Similarly, the coworking space has been divided: personal pods allowing for a quiet space to take a call or banquettes to hold a small meeting. Other amenities include a resident’s lounge, gym and yoga room.
Apartment interiors have quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and light dove grey cabinetry in the kitchens with custom vanities and porcelain tile at the bathrooms.
