The Rocklyn reimagines multi-unit residential living through a design language that merges modern clarity with traditional warmth. Departing from conventional minimalism, the project is defined by a rich walnut-toned palette that introduces depth, texture, and a sense of permanence within a contemporary framework.

The amenity spaces are conceived as a vertical sequence of distinct yet connected environments. The lobby establishes a grounded and intimate arrival through warm, layered materials and soft lighting. The cellar level shifts to a clean, minimal expression, supporting focus and everyday functionality, while the sub-cellar adopts a more active, industrial character—designed for movement and social energy. At the rooftop, the design returns to warm tonal materials, offering a calm retreat in contrast to the surrounding city.
