Renovation and Interior Design of existing lobby and Exterior Façade Conceptual Design of an existing building that were both enlarged to create a grand entrance to the building. The existing façade was completely removed and enlarged with a custom angled raw steel canopy and LED backlit metal signage which all capture the commercial modern industrial look. The new lobby features a custom steel chandelier, reclaimed wood at the walls and ceiling, custom oversize antique mirror wall, exposed brick, concrete floors, and an elegant custom built in seating niche.

Location : 220 North 10th Street, Brooklyn, NY
Interior Design of a 7-story new construction residential building consisting of approximately 64 apartment units. The lobby was designed with the notion of a water droplet as our inspiration. The floor features a concentric pattern done in polished concrete on the floor. Reclaimed wood paneling, waterfall feature wall, bamboo garden, glass paneling and colored LED lights create a very unique rustic space resembling the effect of a water droplet. Space also includes a Recreation Room with custom bar style group table, custom water art wall covering, metal mesh screen, and vintage furniture. Apartment units also have a rustic feel with teak paneled kitchens, grey frosted glass cabinets, and chiseled stone backsplash. Glass pendants and chalkboard paint add a unique homey quality. Wood like tile and natural stone adorn the typical bathrooms while glass mosaics and bronze glass vanities define the master bathrooms.

Interior design of a renovated 5-story residential building, consisting of 36 loft-style units. The concept of Printhouse Lofts grew out of a timeless love for industrial architecture, reflected throughout the building’s construction and in its dedication to preservation and details. The result ‑ authentic lofts that showcase soaring timber beam ceilings, restored wood columns and full walls of original exposed brick accented with high-end, modern finishes. Residences feature unique layouts with open-island kitchens, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse sinks to round out the authentic industrial charm.

Location : 225 Varick Street, New York, NY
Renovation and Interior Design of existing Manhattan 4th Floor Office Space consisting of approximately 14,000 sqft. This loft-like industrial space was emphasized by polished concrete floors throughout the public office spaces. Warmth and fun was brought to the space by multi-colored carpet tiles, bright accent paint colors and wallcoverings at accent walls. The bathrooms received oversized porcelain tiles and a randomized glass mosaic tile. The main display of the space is the entrance and reception areas featuring a wood tunnel at the entrance, Brazilian teak wood paneling at the reception area with custom neon signage of the company’s name.

Interior design of a new 6-story residential building, consisting of 70 apartment units and approximately 63,311 sq ft. The exterior was designed to flow with the artistic community surrounding the property. The result is a simplified brick and metal clad façade, utilizing wood planks salvaged from the wreckage of Hurricane Sandy. The overall design mixes sleek and rustic as a contemporary nod to the manufacturing history of the area. Most unique to 785 Dekalb is the full-height atrium, which extends throughout the building’s 6 stories. Amenities include a 5th-floor library lounge with wet bar and television, 6th-floor game room, and fully featured cellar-floor gym, bike storage, and laundry.

Location : 957 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, NY
Interior Design of a new construction 5-story residential building consisting of approximately 18 apartment units. Design concept included creating an industrial loft-like quality with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, concrete, epoxy floors, and exposed HVAC duct work. The kitchens and bathrooms boast a clean modern design with neutral colors and minimal details.
THEATER DINER ROW
THEATER DINER ROW
Location : 424 West 42nd Street, New York, NY
After 25 years, the famous Kraft Coffee Shop on 42nd street was to be relocated and totally rejuvenated as the all-new 4,000 sq. ft. Theater Row Diner. Materials including polished concrete, textured stucco, and metal mesh ceiling tiles were combined to create the desired, more modern feel.
Situated directly under a theater auditorium, the diner’s sloped ceiling was used to create an architectural effect accented by translucent ceiling panels, milk white glass light boxes and exposed concrete.
The front area features a bar whose mosaic-tiled surface gently curves upward from the floor, while the center dining area is highlighted by an internally illuminated glass image wall.
