Interior design of a 169 unit new construction residential building. Composed of three separate buildings, representing art, wellness, and knowledge, 340 Evergreen is meant to consider different aspects of the personality. All three buildings share a funky, industrial modern design. Dramatic double height lobbies are accented by tin ceiling tiles, vintage elevator signage, and custom benches with floor to ceiling framed glass backboards. Apartment corridors showcase an exposed ceiling complimented by industrial style lighting. A mixture of patterned tile and reclaimed wood carry through to the apartment interiors, which marry old and new world styles through the use of materials. Mosaic tiles and warm wood accents are juxtaposed to clean modern lines and sleek black plumbing fixtures.
