Architectural elements convey a sense of playfulness, starting with the petrified wood herringbone tile floor at the lobby, which is tempered by elegant stone wall cladding and deep blue paneling that travel from wall to ceiling. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor business center, gym, and two-story recreation room with oversized chevron pattern floor, double sided fireplace, and a virtual gaming center with a long custom stone communal table. Apartments are accented by brass lighting fixtures, mid-century inspired tile patterns, and spiral staircases enfolded in black metal mesh railings.
