Heritage Dean Street

Location : 470 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY

Interior design of a new construction residential building in Downtown Brooklyn approximating 55,000 sq.ft. As you enter the building you are greeted by The Halo, a lavish yet elegant light fixture designed by Matthew McCormick. The interiors offer 64 rental units with included amenity spaces such as the media lounge and sundeck designed in Brooklyn’s own unique style. Reclaimed wood and raw steel lace the ceiling and walls of the lobby creating a warm yet chic aesthetic while the green wall begins to extract the natural elements from the space. As you are welcomed into the elevator lobby, the reclaimed wood continues onto the hallway walls providing the building with a consistent feeling of warmth. Similar styles are reflected in the apartments through the utilization of custom Italian wood cabinetry and modern stainless-steel appliances.
