670 PACIFIC STREET

BROOKLYN, NY

Interior design of a new construction residential building. The building is designed in an industrial modern style, mixing exposed brick, rustic wood, and raw steel. Lobby features a custom stone water feature at either side of the entry doors, and a sleek marble and wood reception desk. Custom Cor-Ten ceiling beams create a grid pattern extending from the entrance to the recreation room amenity, which is partitioned with loft-style framed glass dividers. The recreation room also includes a custom fireplace and built-in plank bookcases. Kitchens have stainless cabinetry, wine storage, beamed ceilings with decorative pendant lighting, and oversized blackboard wall. Bathrooms are designed with oversized vanity mirrors that are lighted by industrial style fixtures and accentuated by concrete look tile and reclaimed wood.
