Interior design of a new-construction 7-story building with approximately 87,900 sq ft and 96 units. The interior was designed to incorporate modern industrial styling while still conveying a warm, inviting feeling. Common areas make use of cool contemporary accents such as custom corrugated metal chandeliers, reclaimed wood paneling, and exposed concrete flooring. The large lobby lounge overlooks the double story lobby, and has a wet bar aside a custom communal table, suspended from the ceiling by metal chains. Lounge also features comfortable seating areas and an oversized steel library bookshelf with a built-in study nook. Elevator lobbies to apartment corridors feature floor to ceiling windows, and distinctive hexagonal tiles at the walls and floor that lead in to hallways with textured wall treatments that wrap to ceilings, calling attention to each entry door. Apartment interior design is sleek with unique detailing including geometric mosaic tiles, industrial style light fixtures, and touches of color.
