Interior design of a 4-story condominium located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn developed by Greenline Real Estate. The design intends to deliver timelessly modern interiors with clean lines and a neutral palette where the addition of reclaimed wood brings accent to both common areas and apartment interiors.
The custom lighting fixture at the lobby ceiling adds a bronze shine to the entrance and leads the residents to hallways embellished with art. The gym reached from the lobby is naturally lit, and this brightness has driven the design towards a refined industrial look with an exposed ceiling and large mirror wall that multiplies the light even more.
The residences are designed with oak floors where expansive windows frame the scene perfectly. Reclaimed wood cabinetry finished with black hardware is set against spacious quartz islands with metallic front panels. A custom raw steel shelving unit with embedded led lighting brings a subtle industrial feeling to the interiors. Luxurious natural stone-clad master baths are warmed with reclaimed wood ceilings and a custom vanity with the same wood’s ribbed finish.
Private rooftop cabanas, and a well-shaded BBQ & dining area are placed adjacent to each other. Lounges are separated with green islands from these, offering quiet and relaxing spaces for the residents.
