Renovation and interior design of a 38 story 280,000-square-foot Manhattan multi-unit residential building. Design for this project was developed with a modernist take on the timeless sophistication the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York is known for. A grand, classic marble reception desk sitting before an intricate iron screen greets residents at the building’s entrance. The palette and material selection throughout the project conveys a sense elegance and warmth; from the slate inlay detailing, to the rich teak wood. Amenities combine luxury and function, with plush stylish furniture and built-in entertainment centers with city skyline views, visible through massive windows.
