Interior Design of all common spaces including the Lobby, Hallways, Recreation Room, Gym, Game Room, and Media Room. Throughout the lobby, circular elements are used, starting with the floor mats, and custom circular antique mirrors on the walls and ceiling of the vestibule leading into the lobby. With a combination of polished concrete floors, exposed filament pendant lighting, and oversized hanging chairs, the lobby boasts an industrial loft-like feel. The spherical elements continue with the round light boxes in the ceiling, metal reveals in the floor, and custom benches with metal privacy dividers. Oversized backlit graffiti murals create an edgy art gallery throughout the common areas of this building.
