Interior and exterior design of a 48-unit condo conversion of a 19th century warehouse along with a new 38-unit construction rental building located at Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

The facade concept, designed to respect the industrial character of the existing Francis Kimbal’s The Loeser building.

Interior design elements and materials including reclaimed wood paneling, accompanied with steel concrete and marble accents, combines the industrial warmth with a touch of modern throughout the lobby, lounge and gym. A floor-to-ceiling glass façade leading out to the courtyard connects all the amenity spaces flawlessly. Rooftop incorporates the lounge, sunbathing and dining areas with wooden elements/accents, green walls, hydroponic farm, complements the modern industrial design concept.

Apartment interiors carries all the design characteristics of the façade design concept and amenity floors with warm wood accents are juxtaposed to clean modern lines and sleek black plumbing fixtures.
