The project reinterprets contemporary residential living through a warm, hospitality-inspired interior language that balances refinement with comfort. A carefully curated palette of Italian imported tile, natural stone, wood paneling, and metal detailing establishes a clean, contemporary foundation, while fluted wall panels introduce texture and dimension throughout the shared spaces. Sculptural lighting and thoughtfully integrated seating reinforce the architectural character of the interiors, creating a seamless experience from the lobby through the amenity spaces. The result is a cohesive residential environment that feels elevated and welcoming, where materiality and craftsmanship define the everyday experience.​
