A 7-floor, 32-unit condo in Prospect Heights. The palette for this project is built on dark wood, natural stone, and hints of green. The rich deep tones of dark wood give the space warmth and elegance while the natural stone and greenery bring an organic feeling indoors. Fluted glass doors create a subtle divide between the corridor and each amenity space: a gym, media room, co-working space, pet spa and kids’ room. 

Inside the apartment units, the dark kitchens feature panel ready fridges and Miele appliances with a Calacatta Monet backsplash. Typical bathrooms bring in the green from the common areas with an accent sage wall tile, while the Primary bathrooms feature fluted walnut vanities, Calacatta Gold and wood grain marble.
